Total Eclipse at the Star;April 08, 2024;11AM to 3PM;

Be a part of history and experience the Great North American Eclipse at Euless' watch party. Euless will be in the path of totality for the Total Solar Eclipse, where the moon will completely obscure the sun for nearly 4 minutes.

The Euless Public Library and Parks and Community Services Department are cohosting this free, family-friendly event. Join us for a live DJ, bounce houses, hands-on STEM activities, a scavenger hunt, face painting, and more! Eclipse glasses will be limited to the first 2,000 attendees.

Where will the Total Eclipse at the Star be held?

The Parks at Texas Star complex is located at 1501 S. Pipeline Road in Euless, Texas. The event will take place around the Parks at Texas Star complex, with the bulk the activities centered around the main baseball diamonds.

Where do I park?

Free parking is available around The Parks at Texas Star complex. Please see the map above for parking options.

Will there be food provided?

Concessions will be available for purchase through the Parks of Texas Star Concession Stand. Attendees are also welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages.

Are glasses available for pick-up before the event? Will glasses be available April 8 at the library or recreation center?

Glasses will only be available at the Total Eclipse at the Park event. Glasses are limited to the first 2,000 attendees. No glasses will be available at other City of Euless facilities before or on the day of the eclipse.

Will there be events leading up to the Eclipse party?

Yes! The library will host two events leading up to the Total Eclipse at the Park, Out of This World on 3/16 and Star Gazers on 3/20.
